Remote teams work cohesively to guide an expedition to summit Mount Everest.
Peak Performance online is a remote team building activity where teams lead their guides up Mount Everest to the summit and return safely to basecamp over a 20-day expedition. Participants join the activity via video conferencing and work in teams in break out rooms. Each team member is responsible for a specific role and the related knowledge. They decide on how they will move each day and enter it into the game tablet. There are many variables to consider including changing weather conditions and terrain. Teams must make collaborative decisions based on elements such as oxygen requirements, acclimatisation, pitching tents and the like. Ultimately, the team with the most points at the end of the game is the winner.
